i was met right at the beach upon arrival. the poolside bungalow featured good air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. it was very clean and spacious plus it included a large bathroom. the pool was great it was huge and set in well-kept gardens. the beach was just steps away it was fine.

the rooms are close together i seemed like i had no privacy plus i could hear the workers in and out.

the hotel is on the beachfront it provides umbrellas and chairs free of charge. i found many places to eat drink and shop nearby. the famous walking street is a short walk away.

staff picks you up from the pier. they take your luggage to your room while you check in. staff was always helpful. breakfast was available in my room.

the location right on the beach was acceptable, steps away from the water.

The check-in process was not very cute. The staff did not seem friendly. the breakfast options were limited, and the quality of the coffee was not great. it didn't meet my expectations for the price.

the location is amazing, being right on the beach. umbrellas and chairs were available for free. it made relaxing simple. many options to eat and shop were nearby. it was easy to find everything i needed.

the door to my room was faulty. it was difficult to lock. the light switch was broken too. it meant lights stayed on and i needed help from staff. this light remained unusable for my stay

the beach chairs were acceptable.

The staff's attitude really bothered me. i arrived late after calling ahead, but the older woman at the bar acted like i was intruding. It. giant lizards roam the resort, and when my partner panicked, the staff acted like it was normal. the breakfast menu was super limited, and they didn't understand gluten or lactose intolerance, unacceptable for the price.
